CLIENT CONSENT
I understand that Reiki is a stress reduction and relaxation technique. I
acknowledge that treatments administered are only for the purpose of helping
me relax and to relieve stress. Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions.
They do not prescribe substances or perform medical treatment, nor interfere
with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that I
see a licensed physician, or licensed health care professional for any physical or
psychological ailment I may have.
I understand as well as believe that the body has the ability to heal itself, and to
do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. Long term imbalances in the
body sometimes require multiple treatments to allow the body to reach the level
of relaxation necessary to bring the system back into balance. I understand and
believe that self-improvement requires commitment on my part, and that I must
be willing to change in a positive way if I am to receive the full benefits of a
Reiki treatment.

STUDENT REPEAT CLASS & REVIEW
1. Prior to attending, I will let the instructor know via e-mail or phone call that I
am interested to ensure there is ample space for me. I understand that the
priority will go to the newly registered students.
2. I will come prepared with my textbook, workbook and a pen to each class
and bring a  pillow for the hands-on practice classes. I will know what is
expected of me by following the class itinerary for that day.
3. I understand the importance of arriving to class on time. I will come at least
15 mins early to assist the instructor in preparing for class. If I am delayed, I
will enter the classroom quietly and be prepared to participate.
4. I will be mindfully present and pay attention to the current topic. In order to
respect the other students intention to learn I will save any unrelated questions,
personal comments or time-consuming stories for after class or I will kindly
schedule an appointment for a private session with the instructor.
5. I will always be of assistance to the instructor and other classmates.
6. If it has been more than a few years since my last class, I may purchase a
new and current workbook as there have been, as many as, 20 pages added to
each level workbook since the original many years ago. This would assist me in
keeping up with the current class.
7. If, I wish to continue receiving the current updates I may attend the free
healing circles where the updates are provided.
8. I understand the opportunity to review is free for up to one year from the
original date of class attendance. After one year there will be an exchange. In
the exchange for the instructor’s extra work, time, energy and cost of supplies
and updates,  I may make a cash donation of ¼ the tuition price or donate my
time and skills for ¼ amount of the class time. For example, if the class tuition is
$100 I may donate $25 dollars or if I attend the class for 8 hours I may
exchange my time and skills for 2 hours.
9. I will continue to actively put into practice what I have learned knowing this
is how wishful thinking may become a reality for me.
